There are innumerable favors on their city, Lahore. The museums in Lahore, General Post Office, ECHC College, Myschool of Arts, Sir Albert Victor Hall of Mayo Hospital and the Chemistry Department of Government College University have designed them. They were established by Sargangaram Hospital, DAV College (current Islamia College Civil Lines), Sargangaram Girls' School (current Lahore College Foreman), Institutional Rehabilitation Disabilities and numerous other welfare organizations. In 1925 he was made president of the Imperial Bank of India. In the meanwhile, he started the Gangaram Trust. He died at his London residence on July 10, 1927. Their bodies were cremated according to Hindu rituals, half of which was shed in the river Ganga, while the rest is buried in the river Ravi, in the cemetery. Sir Ganga Ram Hospital Delhi, Ganga Bhawan (Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee) and the Sir Ganga Ram Heritage Foundation Lahore are other monuments of his construction and service heritage. His honors include Roy Bahadur and Sir Speech, as well as honors from the Member of the Royal Victorian Order (MV0) and the Commonwealth of the Indian Empire (CIE).
