Kashmir Issue - Issue Of Kashmir Explanation By Umair Ahmad
Issue Kashmir:
The problem is the disputed Kashmir ownership between
Kashmir, Pakistan, India and Kashmir militants. This problem is coming from
partition India. There have also been three wars between Pakistan and India on
the Kashmir issue. The first wars were fought in 1947, the second in 1965 and
the third in 1971, and the fourth in 1999. Apart from this, firing has also
been taking place on the border of occupied Kashmir and Pakistan, called Line
of Control. In which most of the Pakistani civilian population has been
targeted.
Some groups in Occupied Kashmir's extremist groups support
Kashmir's full sovereignty and some want to make it part of Pakistan. India
claims ownership over Jammu and Kashmir. In 2010, India controlled 43% of the
area, including occupied Kashmir, Jammu, Ladakh and Siachen Glaciers, while
Pakistan owned 37% in the form of Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan.
The Main Reason Kashmir Issue:
Both Pakistan and India claim to stand on a fundamental
ideology on Kashmir issue. During partition India, Jammu and Kashmir was a
state under British rule. 95% of the population was Muslim. When India was
being partitioned, the areas where there was a Muslim majority were given to
Pakistan and where the Hindu majority was to India. But the majority of the
population in Kashmir was Muslim but the ruler here was a Sikh and the Sikh
ruler wanted to be with India. But Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan leaders rejected
this. Even today, Pakistan believes that Muslims are more in Kashmir, so it is
part of Pakistan and India believes that it had a Sikh ruler who wanted to
affiliate with India, so it is part of India.
Where is the United Nations on Issue Of Kashmir?
The UN has failed to resolve the Kashmir dispute completely. Because it belongs to Muslims. Every Problems in the world that belongs to Muslims has never solved, but has used it to his advantage. Similarly, Kashmir, which has not been resolved in the last 73 years. Kashmir has been addressed by poets as a paradise but this paradise has been turned into a prison. For the last 73 years, people have been imprisoned in this prison. India continues its terror and the UN is sleeping deep. But the morale of the Kashmiris is still high, which neither the United Nations nor India can break. The struggle for Kashmiris will continue till independence and the last drop of Blood.
