Translation:

And We send down water from the sky, and in it We have created pairs of herbs of different kinds, which separate from one another.

Translation:

And of all things We have created pairs.

In another verse, Mubarak speaks of something like this on birds.

Translation: 

Do they not see the birds flying over them and secrete? There is no one except the Beneficent Allah who holds them. He is the Guardian of everything.

The Arabic translation of the Arabic word um 'sikk is to hold, pause, hold or hold one's waist. In the aforesaid verse, Yamshan expresses that Allah holds the birds in their power and authority.
