There are fountains and a beautiful Mughal style garden, inside this tomb are the tombs of Queen Mumtaz Mahal and Shahjahan.

Every year, 3 million people visit this historic monument. This is the highest number of visitors to any tourist destination in India. The Taj Mahal is a great masterpiece of Mughal period architecture and is a unique building that has been the focus of tourists worldwide since its inception.
